International Wire transfer deposit is recommended for all customers.
International Wire transfer deposits usually take 2-5 business days to arrive at our bank account (weekends and bank holidays excluded).
The following currencies may be deposited: U.S. dollar, Euro, Australian dollar, British pound, Swiss franc. All funds shall be converted to USD or EUR (depending on your preference) by the exchange rate of our bank.
The minimum international deposit amount is 50 USD/EUR. International bank transfer deposits carry a 0.05% deposit fee on our end (minimum fee is 7.5 USD/EUR)
The following currencies are withdrawable: Euro, U.S. dollar.
How do I deposit via international wire transfer?
Step 1: Login to Cryptosx Trader UI
Step 2: Navigate to "Account"
Step 3: Navigate to your USD or EURO wallet, click on "Deposit" button
Step 4: Tell us your name and enter the amount you will be sending
Step 5: Click "Place Deposit Ticket"
Step 6: Click "Confirm"
Step 7: Note down the first 8-digits of the "Deposit Ticket ID reference number", then click "OK"
Step 8: Make a wire transfer via your bank. Make sure to include your deposit reference code as a transfer reference
Step 9: Please write "Investment" as the reason for transfer or transfer information
Please note that simply opening a deposit on Cryptosx WILL NOT transfer your funds. You need to transfer them from your bank yourself.
