Cryptosx Support

Step 1: Click here to go to the login page for Cryptosx’s Investor portal.

Step 2: Locate the Wallet section as shown in image below and select the target token under Unfunded  Account.

Step 3: Click on the “Deposit” button that located on the right of your target token.

Step 4:
• Enter the target amount and Origin Wallet Address in the both  column above.
• Send to the wallet address that  below the QR Code.
• Click on Place Deposit Ticket.

Step 5: Once you have sent the tokens to the address above, exchange staff will reach out to you via email for signage of Transfer Agreement.

Note: Please make sure user got several RVN Token in origin wallet before transferring your token, due to certain amount of GAS fees will be charge when we doing token transferring.
